About the Amberwell Ambassador Store
Onsite Delivery
Anything tagged with Onsite Delivery is currently in stock at Amberwell Atchison. When you order an item marked Onsite Delivery, your item will be delivered to your work location within 2-5 business days.
These items that we keep in stock onsite are usually ordered in bulk, at discounted pricing, and we have to meet minimums in order to get that pricing. We try to order a few extra to keep on hand until the stock runs out as well, but as storage space is a minimum, we don’t keep a large amount of items stocked locally.
Items on Backorder
Items marked Available on Backorder will be ordered by Marketing after the order is placed. The typical turnaround time for backordered print collateral is 7-10 business days. For promotional items expect 2-4 weeks. If you need a backordered item faster than that, please note that on your order details.
Ship to Home
Some items are available for direct ship to your home. Since these items are created on a one at a time basis, they tend to be a few dollars more than the bulk items. If you order both a Ship to Home and a Onsite Delivery item, you will pay shipping on the direct ship order but not on the Onsite Delivery order.

Economy
Economy method is best used with customers who aren’t in rush to get their products delivered. Ship time averages 5-6 business days. **Economy transit times may increase during the Winter Holiday season.**
Ground
Our ground shipping option is UPS Ground — transit time is 3-4 days. Orders that utilize Ground shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Two-Day
When selecting 2-day shipping, your package will be delivered within two days after production is complete. Orders shipped with 2-Day shipping cannot be delivered to a PO Box.
Overnight
Overnight shipping means your package will be delivered standard overnight as soon as production is complete. These packages cannot be delivered to a PO box.
Production Time for Ship to You
Production time varies per vendor, but averages 2 days.
Pricing
The items in the store are at typical retail price. The goal for this store is not to make money, but simply to provide a way for employees to purchase gear whenever they would like. Sometimes, such as during Nurses and Hospital Weeks, we will show sale prices. This is because we plan to do larger bulk orders during this time and encourage everyone to purchase in order to get the lower pricing. When the sale is over, we will place the bulk order. We will do these types of “sales” frequently to help get your items at the cheapest price possible.
Returns
These vendors that customize products do not offer returns or refunds except for when the product is incorrect. If you don’t like the way something fits or just do not want the item, please find another Amberwell employee to buy it from you. You are welcome to use the employee Facebook Group for this purpose.

FAQ
The products in the Team Store are sourced through various bulk product providers we have access to. In addition, there are some direct ship products that use a “print on demand” manufacturer. These allow individual orders if an employee doesn’t want to wait for a bulk order that is available for pickup at Amberwell Atchison.
We also source products from local businesses who wish to sell things in our store. This is a great way to support our local community businesses.

The items in the Team Store are priced at or below retail pricing. We can usually get discounts on items when we purchase in bulk. The goal is not to make money, but simply to give employees a way to get official Amberwell Health gear whenever they would like.
Any revenue above the cost of the products and payment processing is put into a fund for employee events, activities, and recognition.
If a remote employee orders an items that is stocked at Amberwell and tagged as Onsite Delivery, you do NOT need to pay for shipping. Amberwell will send your product via the mailroom at Amberwell Atchison.
